1. Select Submission Workspace

2. Filter: View – you can send an email from any View

3. Select the checkbox to the left of students you wish to send an email to.

4. (Optional) To filter by Tags, click the arrow next to Tag:

5. (Optional) Choose Tag to filter by

Recommendation: It would be a good idea to use the Missing Documentation tag on any

students that have not submitted all the required documentation. That way you can filter

just by those students. (If you use the Administration Follow-Up tag—it will not allow

you to deliver the student into eSchool)


6. Click Tasks

7. Click Send Email



8. Choose Your School Building


9. Click Selected Only

10. (Optional) You can edit the email, or keep as is.

11. Click Send All
